家装施工：墙面石材铺装施工要点

1、墙面石材铺贴前进行挑选，并应按设计要求进行预拼。

2、强度较低或较薄的石材应在背面粘贴玻璃纤维网布。

3、当采用湿作业法施工时，固定石材的钢筋网应与埋件连接牢固，每块石材与钢筋网拉接点不得少于4个，拉接用金属丝，应具有防锈性能(通常使用铜丝或不锈钢丝)，灌注砂浆前应将石材背及基层湿润，并应用填缝材料临时封闭石材板缝，避免漏浆。灌注砂浆宜用1：2.5水泥砂浆，灌注时分层进行，每层灌注宜为150-200mm，且不超过板高的1/3，插捣应密实，待其初凝后方可灌注上层水泥砂浆。

4、湿作业铺贴前石材要涂刷石材防护剂。

5、当采用粘结法施工时，基层处理应平整但不应压光。胶粘剂的配比应符合产品说明书的要求。胶液均匀、饱满的刷抹在基层和石材背面，石材就位时应准确，并应立即挤紧、找平、找正，进行顶卡固定，溢出液应随时清除。
