However, after the water is soaked in the pineapple wood, the dissolution of the cold water will cause chromaticity pollution to the surrounding objects in contact with it. Although the optimization of the heat treatment process can effectively solve this problem, the heat treatment process has a certain influence on the natural durability and physical and mechanical properties of the pineapple wood.
Research on the anti-aging properties of wood by transparent outdoor wood lacquer has been carried out at home and abroad, and the degree of aging of wood in the outdoor environment mainly depends on the degree of photodegradation, the permeability of water, and the stability of the wood itself. To this end, the experts conducted experiments to analyze the difference in absorbance and surface color difference of cold water eluate during the aging process of pineapple wood, and the difference in extract content under different extraction conditions before and after heat treatment, and to find out the surface finish on the wood. The effect of anti-aging properties. Finally, the following experimental conclusions were obtained:
1) The average extract content of pineapple wood is 8.18% higher than that of heat treated material. The tung oil coating test piece, the wood wax oil coating test piece and the water-based paint finishing test piece have less brightness difference and comprehensive color difference change during the aging process than the heat-treated test piece, which indicates that the coating treatment can effectively reduce the pineapple wood in the aging process. The surface color changes, in which the surface chromatic aberration of the aqueous lacquer-coated test piece changes minimally during aging.
2) The absorbance curve of the cold water eluent of the test piece during the aging process peaked at 340 nm, and the absorbance of the coated test piece was lower than that of the material and the heat-treated material, indicating that the finishing treatment can effectively reduce the outflow of the dissolution of the pineapple during the aging process. . In addition, by evaluating the surface defects of the test pieces during the aging process of the three finishing treatments, it was proved that the water-based paint finishes have superior anti-aging properties and surface characteristics.
