[Construction method]: (spraying method)
1. Thoroughly remove oil, water and dust from the surface of the substrate before construction, while keeping the working surface dry.
2. Spray the primer on the reflective primer first, and then spray the reflective finish after the reflective primer is dry. For cement surface construction, it is recommended to spray two layers of reflective primer for better effect. Stir the paint thoroughly before spraying the topcoat. Stir constantly during construction.
3. It is recommended to use the W-71 type spray gun (spray ¢ 1.50 mm), the primer using the spray gun pressure of 2.0Kg/cm2, and the top paint spray gun pressure of about 3.0kg/cm2.
4. The coating thickness of the reflective topcoat, in the case of ensuring the tinting strength, the thin and uniform coating has the best reflective effect, one molding. The paint film should not be too thick and have a thickness of about 20 microns, otherwise the effect will be poor.
5. The spray gun and surface need to be kept at 18cm, the spray gun angle is 45°, and the paint film layer should be thin, which is good. For unknown substrates, try a small area in advance.
6. Clean the spray tool with thinner after construction.
7. Do not work under bad weather such as rain, fog, snow, etc., which will affect the fastness.
