The foot 201H1 well is located in Dazu District of Chongqing City and is the key level pre-exploration well deployed by Chongqing Shale Gas Company. As the first section of the new section of “Fazitou†directly changed to Pingping, the well data of the well was almost zero, and the horizontal section faced multiple problems such as stratum fracture, narrow density window and bottomhole temperature up to 132 degrees Celsius. In order to ensure that the oil-based drilling fluid adapts to the fractured formation in the strong sealing property and ensures that the horizontal section fracture zone is not leaking, the shale gas project manager and the R&D center form a research team, and demonstrate the foot 201H1 well oil through laboratory experiments.
