A small-scale seminar on the national occupational standards for abrasives and abrasives manufacturers was held in Zhengzhou



On February 10, 2009, the Machinery Industry Vocational Skills Appraisal and Guidance Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) Abrasives Industry Center (hereinafter referred to as “sub-center”) organized Henan on the problems arising from the national professional standards drafted by various enterprises last year. Experts from some enterprises, universities, technical schools and research institutes in the province held small-scale seminars. The main agendas are as follows: 1. The meeting was presided over by Li Zhihong, director of the sub-center. He first conveyed the spirit of the Center's 2008 summary and commendation conference. Li Ling, director of the center, stressed at the conference that the economic situation will ease the contradiction between employee training, skill appraisal and production and operation. More emphasis will be placed on the storage and management of skilled personnel. Each sub-center and appraisal station should seize the favorable opportunity and cooperate with the enterprise to strengthen the internal training and improve the quality of employees, and actively and effectively carry out various tasks. At this meeting, our sub-center won the title of advanced collective honor, director Li Zhihong won the title of excellent manager, Wang Xuebin, president of Ersha Technical School, and Xie Xiaozhan, minister of human resources of Huanghe Cyclone Company, were awarded the title of advanced worker.
He then introduced the occupations in the National Professional Code: 1 abrasive manufacturing workers (6-04-06-01); 2 abrasive manufacturing workers (6-04-06-02); 3 other abrasives manufacturing and processing personnel ( 6-04-06-99). When talking about the problems in the draft vocational skill standards drafted by various enterprises, he said: First, the various types of work are not imported into the abrasive manufacturing and abrasive manufacturing industries as required, and they are still classified according to product categories; There is an imbalance in the occupational level between the various types of work. For example, the superhard material abrasives manufacturing workers do not have technicians and senior technicians, while the ordinary abrasives manufacturers have all five levels; the third is that the terminology is not standardized; the fourth is that some types of work Failure to cover all manufacturing processes. Everyone has carried out a full and serious discussion on these issues and formed a consensus and decision as follows: 1 All the types of work are incorporated into the occupations already in the two national occupational codes of abrasives and abrasives; 2 All abrasives and abrasives are manufactured. The highest level of uniformity is set for each type of work in the occupation: the highest level of assembly of general abrasives and superabrasives is advanced, and the highest level of other types is advanced technicians; compounding workers and ordinary abrasives manufactured by abrasives The highest level of kiln (furnace) production is for senior workers, and the highest level for other types of work is senior technicians. Abrasives are available in a variety of inspections and the highest level of each type of work is a senior technician; 3 "Selected" types of superabrasives are modified to "sorting" types, and "superhard abrasives" are modified to "superhard abrasives" "Manufacture", "superhard tool" was modified to "diamond sawing and drilling tool", "original cloth treatment" for coated abrasive manufacturing was modified to "base treatment"; 4 ordinary abrasive manufacturing increased compounding work, coated grinding With manufacturing to increase conversion work. The meeting discussed and determined the person in charge of the standard revision and the revision period, and requested that it be revised and reported to the center before March 15, 2009.
When discussing the selection of the Steering Committee, Liu Mingyao, deputy director of the Zhengzhou Abrasives Grinding Research Institute, was appointed as the chief chairman of the sub-center, and Li Zhihong was appointed as the executive director. The members of the sub-center and the directors and deputy directors of other professional committees shall be reported to the sub-centers by the units within one week after the meeting. The directors of the professional committees all serve as deputy directors of the sub-center committees. In addition, the meeting discussed the establishment of a test question bank for the establishment of abrasive abrasives professional skills appraisal. The theoretical knowledge is divided into the classification of the existing examination questions by Henan University of Technology, Zhongyuan Institute of Technology Superhard Materials Research Institute and Zhengzhou Ersha Technical School according to the professional field and occupation level. The operation part of the examination questions are from professional leading enterprises (drafting professional standards) For the group), each unit should complete and report to the center before March 15, 2009. The sub-center organizes experts to discuss and modify the report center.
When talking about the 2009 work plan, Director Li Zhihong asked all enterprises to declare the appraisal plan for the types of work and the number of people this year before March 15. The sub-center accepts senior workers and the following applications this year. Units that intend to set up appraisal stations can declare at the same time, and strive to establish 3 to 5 first-time appraisal stations. In the second half of the year, they will hire university and enterprise teachers to carry out 2~3 batches of vocational training and skills. The identification activities have produced the first batch of skilled personnel who hold industry-specific job qualification certificates. Through the first batch of appraisal activities, cultivate and identify management talents, and test the rationality of professional standards and test questions.
The meeting went from 8:30 am to 2 pm, and the delegates did not rest at noon, nervous but productive. The spirit and content of the meeting will be promptly conveyed to all drafting units and large industrial enterprises outside Henan Province, widely publicizing and soliciting opinions to ensure the comprehensiveness, rationality and operability of professional standards.
