A comparative test was conducted on the flame retardant used in the flame retardant PC/aBS alloy. The results show that when the PC/aBS mass ratio is 7:3. Adding about 3% of the flame retardant PC/aBS alloy to the bromine-based flame retardant can make the flame retardant performance of the material reach UL-94V-0 (1.6nun); the phosphate ester flame retardant is resistant to aBS The burning effect is not good. Only when the PC mass fraction is more than 70% in the material, the flame retardant effect is obtained: with the bromine monophosphate flame retardant, even if the PC mass fraction of the material is 50%, the uL- can be achieved. 94V-O grade (1.6mm), indicating that phosphorus and bromine have synergistic effect in PC/aBS alloy, and phosphate ester flame retardant is compounded with bromine flame retardant in flame retardant PC/aBS alloy. .
