Beijing Powder Technology Association officially established

The Beijing Powder Technology Association was approved by the Beijing Association for Science and Technology and approved by the Civil Affairs Bureau on May 12, 2008. The inaugural meeting was officially held in mid-October 2008. Beijing Society for Powder Technology (BSPT) is jointly initiated by enterprises and institutions engaged in the research, development and application of powder technology and related social groups and individuals. It is registered and managed by Beijing social organizations. Non-profit, academic corporate social organizations approved by the authorities.
Before the establishment of the China Powder Technology Association, the Beijing Powder Technology Association was the first to be approved by various provinces and cities in China. Powder technology is widely used in various sectors of the national economy such as agriculture, light industry, chemical industry, building materials, medicine, food, electronics, metallurgy, machinery, mining, energy, environmental protection, military and new materials. The technical fields involved in powder technology are: preparation, pulverization, gas-solid separation, liquid-solid separation, fluidization, filtration, drying, dispersion, classification, mixing, agglomeration, modification, forming, sintering, measurement and testing, dust hazard. And prevention, transportation, storage, packaging, etc. The powder technology with nanotechnology as the frontier has an extremely important position in the 21st century in bioengineering, information engineering and new materials research.
The purpose of the association is to promote the development of China's powder industry by organizing academic conferences at home and abroad, publishing academic journals and professional books, conducting popular science and continuing education, setting standards and product quality comparison activities, and reflecting the membership units to relevant departments. Meaning and requirements to protect their legitimate rights and interests. The association consists of 4 professional committees, 1 working committee: powder testing professional committee; powder preparation professional committee; powder processing professional committee; powder hazard and environmental governance professional committee; technical progress and trade promotion work committee.
