Most of the parts of the product are plate welded, and the material is Q235A steel plate, which has high viscosity. Therefore, it is easy to stick the knife during the planing process, and the tool wears quickly, which brings great difficulty to the machining. EIS-1250's largest single-piece machine has a seat length of 7.8m and a width of 3.9m. There are many welds on the joint surface.
