Simple positioning block for bending machine

When applying a bending machine to machine a corner piece, it is generally necessary to first adjust the positioning stop behind the bending machine. Since the scale of the adjusting positioning iron is often not accurate enough, we made the simple positioning block shown in Figure 1. The material is aluminum alloy, and the adjacent sides are perpendicular to each other, and the diagonal lines are engraved on the cutting plotter. When applying, the two positioning blocks 3 are placed on the lower die 4 of the bending machine as shown in FIG. 2, and the positioning block 3 is measured by the steel ruler 5.
