The inspection team of the State Administration of Work Safety has recently conducted assessment and inspection of occupational disease hazard prevention work in Taiyuan City. Relevant responsible persons demand that the supervisory departments at various levels earnestly perform their duties, strengthen occupational health supervision, and protect the health of the workers.

The inspection team of the State Administration of Work Safety randomly checked 30 households through the National “Report on Occupational Occupational Disease Hazard Reporting and Record Management System” to conduct examination of relevant data on occupational disease hazard prevention, and randomly selected 5 households to carry out on-site occupational disease hazard prevention and inspection. The data review includes 8 items including the employer's principal responsible person's occupational health management knowledge training qualification, the occupational hazards assessment report, and the occupational health worker's health care file. The on-site inspections focused on the setting of various types of occupational hazard warning labels in the workplace, the occupational hazards prevention facilities, the wearing and use of laborers’ personal protective equipment, and the inspection of laborers' occupational health prevention knowledge.

The inspection team fully affirmed the prevention and treatment of occupational disease hazards in Taiyuan City, and believed that all work in the city could be steadily advanced in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the State, with solid and detailed results.
