Application of machining center in transmission box processing

1 Overview

The transmission case is an important part on the mechanical transmission roller, and the quality of its processing will directly affect the use of the roller drive system. The transmission case (Fig. 1) used in our products is HT200. The transmission has the characteristics of small size, simple structure, convenient use and reliable operation. It has been widely used in the LSS series vibratory roller produced by our company. In the past, the box processing was done on the planer, the boring machine and the drilling machine to complete the processing of planes, bearing retaining holes and connecting holes. The production efficiency is low and the processing quality is difficult to guarantee. To solve the above problems, our company introduced the ACE manufactured by Ethernet Daewoo Co., Ltd. The HM800 horizontal machining center performs box processing and has achieved good application results.

2 Process analysis and process arrangement of parts

The box type workpiece has the following characteristics: First, the processing content is too much, the machine tool and the tool need to be replaced frequently; Second, the processing precision is high, the processing quality of the ordinary machine tool is difficult to guarantee, and the process flow is long, the turnover frequency is many, the production efficiency It is difficult to improve; the third is a complex shape, and most of them are thin-walled shells, and the workpiece has poor rigidity and is difficult to install. The CNC machining center is used for box processing, which is characterized by its own precision and high processing efficiency, good rigidity and automatic tool change. As long as the process is well-designed and the design uses reasonable special fixtures and tools, the above problems can be solved. Since the equipment is a double workbench, we put the various processing elements on the workpiece B and C on the 01 table (machining process 1), and the remaining G, H and the processing elements on the side of the gear are placed on 02. The workbench is completed (machining process 2), and the corresponding special jig is designed according to the above process arrangement.
