In the hardware industry, many mechanical parts are small, especially in the manufacture of metal molds, and the internal measurement claws of the vernier calipers are used to measure the aperture and the hole distance. However, during the measurement process, it was found that there was no small error between the measured size and the actual size, which caused the oversize of a large number of parts. This paper discussed some of the errors in order to reduce the occurrence of these errors.
