Lathe elastic damping and tool holder

Our factory has a titanium alloy elongated shaft workpiece with a shaft length of 200mm and a diameter of φ8_(-0.1)~0mm. When using the three-jaw chuck and the tail-end precision car outer circle on a common lathe, the waist drum shape is easy to occur, and the cylindricity error is about 0.3 mm, which does not meet the drawing quality requirements. Later, the lathe ordinary tool holder was used. Due to the small diameter of the machined shaft, the original tool holder was large in size, and the workpiece still could not meet the quality requirements after use.
