Punch slider repair

The JA21-160 punch press has two pneumatic balance cylinders in the body on the left and right sides of the slider. The two balance cylinder piston rods are connected to the tie rods by the cross arm and the fork. The tie rod 4 is fastened to the rod base 3, and the rod holder 3 and the slider 1 are positioned and fastened by the positioning pin 2 and the 2-M16 bolt (see Fig. 1). When the slider 1 is vertically moved, the balance cylinder piston also moves, and the compressed air entering the cylinder from the bottom forms an air cushion for balancing the weight of the slider, the mold and the eccentric link mechanism, so that the slider 1 is balanced in the guide rail.
