At present, in many mechanical processing plants in China, the face milling cutters used in milling processing are still welded carbide structures. These milling cutters have poor manufacturing precision, short life, heavy and heavy tool loading and unloading, and long auxiliary time for tool change, resulting in low productivity. Especially when milling the plane, single-blade cutting is used, which seriously damages the precision of the milling machine spindle. With the development of the machinery industry, indexable milling cutters have developed rapidly (Fig. 1).
