China's electrolytic aluminum plant has transferred approximately 2.48 million tons of capacity replacement targets. As of the end of April, China's electrolytic aluminum has an annual production capacity of approximately 44.6 million tons, and electrolytic aluminum has an annual production capacity of 37.6 million tons.

The above table shows that about 2.24 million tons of electrolytic aluminum indicators have been completed in China's electrolytic aluminum plant. Qinghai Jinyuan and Shandong Qixing plan to transfer 240,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum production capacity replacement targets.

Oriental Hope Baotou Rare Earth Aluminum is constructing an electrolytic aluminum project with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons in Guyang. The plant has already purchased replacement quotas for approximately 391,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum production capacity in Hunan Chuangyuan and Taishan Aluminum. Inner Mongolia Mengtai Aluminum purchased Jiangsu Datun 100,000 tons electrolytic aluminum replacement index.

According to the understanding of Asian Metals, currently the largest electrolytic aluminum production capacity in Henan Province is eliminated, which is approximately 540,000 tons. However, the electrolytic aluminum index in Henan Province can only be sold in the province. At present, most of the indicators eliminated in the province have been purchased by Henan Yugang Longquan Aluminum.

Qinghai Xinheng, Sichuan Qia, Fushun Aluminum, Zhejiang Huadong, a total of about 121 million tons of electrolytic aluminum targets, sold within their respective groups.

According to statistics from the Asian Metals Data Center, China's electrolytic aluminum production capacity is about 4.9 million tons, including about 3.2 million tons of operating capacity and about 1.7 million tons of completed production capacity. As provinces are now promulgating policies to limit production of the electrolytic aluminum industry, aluminum plants that have not yet been put into production are actively purchasing electrolytic aluminum replacement targets.
