Input type liquid level transmitter installation and structure description
The input level transmitter is designed for easy installation and efficient operation. This device operates on the principle that hydrostatic pressure is directly proportional to the height of the liquid. For flowing or agitated liquids, a similar approach is used, but the holes are positioned opposite the flow direction to ensure smooth water entry.
The transmitter should be installed vertically, and the mounting position should avoid areas near liquid inlets, outlets, or agitators to prevent interference. In high-vibration environments, the cable can be wrapped around the transmitter, and a steel wire can be used to reinforce the connection and protect the cable structure.
