The belt conveyor idler is a consumable part. It has more than 100 kinds of specifications and the length is 120~2800mm (Fig. 1). The flat ends have dimensional tolerances and shape tolerance requirements, which makes processing difficult. Our factory originally used a reserved process table. The indexing head clamps one side of the milling and then rotates 180°, and then mills the other side. Then the table moves the L_1+l distance and then mills the other ends of the other end. It is more troublesome. To this end, we designed and manufactured a milled square fixture.
