1. Especially for long fiber materials, the above defects are more likely to occur, and the fibers are easily damaged to affect the electromechanical properties.

2, the forming shrinkage is small, the anisotropy is obviously smaller than the ordinary material, but the anisotropy increases the shrinkage along the direction of the flow, the vertical direction is large, the near feed port is small, the distance is large, and the plastic parts are prone to warp. Qu, deformation.

3, poor mold release, large wear and tear, the material is not easy to demould, and the mold wear is large, the flow is on the casting system, the core and so on.

4, prone to gas formation, because the fiber surface treatment agent is easy to volatilize into a gas, must be discharged, otherwise it is prone to weld defects, lack of materials and burns.
