Guodian Wind Power Project was approved by the Fujian Provincial Development and Reform Commission on January 29, 2013 and was built and operated by Guodian Fuqing Jiangyin Wind Power Co., Ltd. The total investment of the project is 135.5 million yuan, the construction capacity is 14 megawatts, and the installed stand-alone capacity is 7 megawatts of 7 wind turbines. After the completion of the project, the annual power generation capacity can reach 50GWh, and 16,000 tons of standard coal can be saved annually.

It is reported that Guodian Wind Power Project is mainly composed of wind turbine generators, box transformers, joint main control buildings, on-site collector circuits, on-site traffic engineering and construction assistance projects. During the construction process of each sub-project, no major quality accidents occurred and there were no hidden dangers in the project quality. At present, the State Power Jiangyin wind power project has completed the construction task, and the project quality meets the requirements for the start-up of the “Wind Power Generation Project Construction Engineering Acceptance Regulations”. The switch station and wind turbine equipment have the power debugging requirements.
