1. Tile empty drum inspection method

The appearance of empty tiles is largely caused by improper construction. When the tiles are laid, the mortar of the cement mortar is thin, the cement slurry is dry when the tiles are laid, and the pollutants on the back of the plates are not removed. Caused the tile to be empty. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the occurrence of empty drums during construction, and the adhesive layer mortar should be dry, which is subject to the grounding spread. The water-cement ratio of cement slurry is 1:2 (volume ratio) when paving, and it is strictly forbidden to use cement flour. During the curing period, the board should be erected and it is forbidden to walk on the surface.

3, tile empty drum rate standard

The floor tile hollowing phenomenon is controlled within 3%, and no empty drums can be found on the main passage; while the wall tile hollow drums need to be controlled within 5%.

4, tile hollow drum treatment

If a single tile is over the standard, the paving worker can be asked to resurfacing the brick. The method is to take out the empty floor tiles, suck them with suction cups, hang them straight, and then lay them out according to the specifications.

If more than 1/3 of the paved area has empty drums, then the entire surface of the tiles needs to be removed and re-paved. In general, the damage caused by the construction party should be borne by the construction party for the cost of ceramic tile damage and artificial accessories.
