In the foundry company, the company’s cadres reported to Director Dong that the Xialing Xinjiang Gobi Desert has grown continuously under the care of the leaders of the Autonomous Region and Changji Prefecture in the past five years. In the past five years, Xinjiang Xi Aluminum has used the high quality coal resources of Zhundong to develop coal. Electro-aluminum, carbon and aluminum deep-processing integrated industries, and at the same time exert Xinjiang's abundant local reserves of coal and silica to develop the silicon industrial chain. At present, the company's annual production of 115,000 tons of industrial silicon projects has been put into production and is in the trial production phase. The second phase of the annual production of 145,000 tons of industrial silicon projects is doing pre-construction work. At the same time, the company also actively extended the silicon industry chain to develop polysilicon projects. The current phase of a polysilicon project with an annual output of 30,000 tons has been fully started in March 2016. It plans to complete construction and put into production in March 2017. In the next step, Xinjiang Xi Aluminum will continue to expand investment, and actively develop the recycling industry chain of the four major industrial parks: “coal power, aluminum and carbon integration”, “new coal-based materials,” “aluminum refining,” and “integration of coal and chemical industry.” After the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" is completed and put into production at the end of the year, it is estimated that the investment will exceed 100 billion yuan, the output value will exceed 100 billion yuan, and the profits and taxes will exceed 10 billion yuan.
