1.1 Electric furnace does not need special installation, just lay it on the indoor floor or on the platform. The controller should be placed on the workbench with a slope of no more than 5 degrees. The minimum distance of the controller from the electric furnace shall not be less than 0.5 m. The controller should not be placed on the electric furnace to avoid affecting the normal operation of the controller.

1.2 The power supply line connecting the controller and the electric furnace, the load capacity of the switch and the fuse should be slightly larger than the rated power of the electric furnace.

1.3 When wiring, first loosen the screws on the left and right sides of the controller casing, then turn the casing up and connect the power cable as shown. Connection of the controller to the electric furnace and thermocouple connection (preferably using compensation wires). The thermocouple is inserted into the furnace from the small hole of the thermocouple holder, and the gap between the hole and the thermoelectric is blocked by the asbestos rope, and then fixed. (Note: the phase of the power supply is not reversed from the neutral line. For operational safety, both the controller and the electric furnace must be grounded reliably)

1.4 Check the wiring is correct, you can power on, first close the power switch, then pull the button switch on the controller panel to the open position, adjust the setting button, set the temperature to the degree you need, if Set the switch to the measuring position, the red light is off (NO), there is also the sound of the contactor, the electric furnace is energized, the ammeter indicates the heating current value, and the temperature rises slowly as the temperature inside the furnace rises, indicating that the work is normal. When the temperature rises to the set required temperature, the red light is off (NO), the green light is on (YES), the electric furnace is automatically powered off, and the temperature rise is stopped. Later, when the temperature in the furnace drops slightly, the green light is off and the red light is on. The electric furnace is automatically energized again. The cycle is repeated to achieve the purpose of automatically controlling the temperature inside the furnace.

1.5 In order to check whether the breaker protection device works normally, the method is: loosen one end of the thermocouple, and the temperature measurement indicator rises rapidly to the highest point, and the heating power supply is automatically cut off, then the device is good, and the thermocouple is reconnected. , can work normally.

1.6 Oven, when the electric furnace is used again after the first use or long-term deactivation, the oven must be carried out. The process is as follows:

When the room temperature rises to 200 ° C for 4 hours (open the furnace door to allow water vapor to emanate) when 200 ° C to 600 ° C for 4 hours (close the furnace door) when 600 ° C to 800 ° C 2 hours (close the furnace door)

1.7 After use, first pull the toggle switch on the control panel to the off position, then turn off the main power switch.

Maintenance

2.1 The controller should be placed in a place with good dryness and ventilation, no corrosive gas, the working environment temperature is -10-50 °C, and the relative humidity is not more than 85%.

2.2 In order to ensure accurate measurement, the temperature difference meter of XMT type temperature controller is calibrated every year by DC potential difference meter to avoid large error.

2.3 Regularly check whether the wiring of each part is loose, and the contact of the AC contactor is good. If the fault occurs, it should be repaired in time.

Tips

1. Do not exceed the maximum temperature of the resistance furnace when using.

2. Always cut off the power supply when handling the sample to prevent electric shock.

3. When opening the sample, the opening time of the furnace door should be as short as possible to prolong the service life of the electric furnace.

4. It is forbidden to infuse any liquid into the furnace.

5. Do not put the sample with water and oil into the furnace; do not use the clip with water and oil to take the sample.

6. Wear special gloves when handling samples to prevent burns.

7, the sample should be placed in the middle of the furnace, neatly placed, do not put it.

8. Do not touch the electric furnace and surrounding samples.

9. Cut off the power and water source after use.

10. The resistance furnace shall not be operated without the permission of the management personnel, and shall be operated in strict accordance with the operating procedures of the equipment.
